The Legendary Slakoths

Once upon a time, in a small country named The Netherlands, aka Holland, two boys where busy filling up their Pokédex. These boys were named Oliver and Bruno. At a certain point, Bruno still needed a Slaking. Bruno had a female Vigoroth in his box, and chucked her on to the Day Care, to level up so she would be high enough a level when he came back from filling his Pokédex. Bruno had only forgotten that he had left his level 100 Blaziken on the daycare to breed Torchics before. Bruno left the two and went to the Pokemon Center to trade Pokemon with Oliver.
A few while later, Bruno returned to the Day Care, and noticed that they had an egg. Bruno received it, and continued wandering around Hoenn catching some more Pokemon for his Pokédex. After exactly 3,840 Steps, completely ignored, the Slakoth Egg hatched. And this was the result:

As you can see, the Slakoth knew the attack Flamethrower at level 5. It was possible that Slakoth could learn Flamethrower through TM, but it wasn’t listed as one of Slakoth’s Egg Moves in Serebii’s Pokédex, in short, a new discovery in the history of Pokemon!! And this was the start of the Legendary Slakoth Trading Family, The Slaziken Family.

Slaziken Family Crest

After that, Bruno kept on breeding more and more Slaziken Family Members. After a while he stopped making them, and retrieved the Pokemon from the Day Care. By that time, Bruno had already completed his Hoenn Pokédex, and was busy with his National Pokédex, and had no need for a Slaking anymore, so he left the Vigoroth as she was.
In his quest to complete the national dex, Bruno traded loads with some other friends, and especially Oliver, because he had almost completed the National Dex. At that time, Bruno desperately needed junk Pokemon (wurmple, zigzagoon, poochyena etc.). Then, while scanning his box for them, he stumbled over the box containing the Slaziken’s. From that day on, Bruno used Slaziken’s as Junk Pokemon for almost every single Pokédex trade he made. Because of that, the Slaziken Family got spread over to millions of other Pokemon Games in Holland, England, and even in Italy! Now the Slaziken’s are scarse, and becoming extinct. Because of our change from Primary School to Secondary School, we aren’t in touch with our old friends that much anymore. Bruno doesn’t have any Slazikens left on his Sapphire. The only one close to us at the moment is this one, on Oliver’s Ruby:

There he is, stuck between the other foreign traded Pokemon. The bottom row is from friends, the row above that is with Pokemon from Oliver’s Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness and the top row is with Pokerus infected Pokemon. And here the Slakoth will stay until there is a need to trade again. So to make sure you notice when you see an original Slaziken, I’ll note the signs of a original Slaziken here :
1.It knows the attack Flamethrower.
2.It knows the attack Return.
3.It is at level 5.
4.It’s Original Trainer is TOM.
5.It's ID no. is: 06021
The re-breeding process.
A while ago, Bruno stumbled across some eggs lying in an old, lonely corner of The Box. It was in the same Box the Slaziken family used to live. After a while he remembered that these must be the last Slaziken eggs left on his game, and he decided to start breeding the Slaziken Family once more. Here’s a picture of the eggs:

Bruno started looking through Lanettes PC for the Mother Vigoroth, and managed to find her after a while. Here’s a picture:

After that Bruno started Re-Breeding the family. Now there’s a whole group of Slaziken’s ready to be uploaded to Diamond and Pearl, and traded via Wi-Fi. If you would want to claim a original Slaziken for yourself, just email us or PM us on the forums to claim a original Slaziken with Flamethrower completely for yourself!
